First printer arrived with broken parts of the extruder chain rattling around. Once unboxed the entire frame was scratched as well. Letters on the logo had been scratched off... Customer service told me to return to Amazon. Once the replacement came I set it up but had trouble feeding the extruder. Once the filament made a "pop" and then made it to the hot end after a hard hard push I was able to extrude. Then test print started failing to extrude about half way into a benchy test. Customer service says "bad extruder" and wants to send out a new one. Still waiting to hear from "their warehouse (in China) for shipping" as per their customer service agent 3days ago .... Not sure if in going to bother with this printer or not given the literally terrible quality control. *****UPDATED***********""""""""""""**After contacting Creality customer service I am just going to return this and stay away from this brand. Poor parts combined with poor quality control equals waiting on China shipped replacement parts for a brand new machine which is crazy at any price. The customer should not be a guinea pig quality control manager ... Not going to fool me 3 times. ... show more

CR-PLA matte filament, and tested it with a print speed of 300mm/s. Compared to my other Ender series, I printed a small model on the Ender 3 V2 Neo and it took me 12 hours, while the K1 only took 4 hours. The printer is incredibly fast, and I was able to finish prints in record time without sacrificing precision or accuracy. Now I'm interested in challenging the K1's maximum print speed of 600mm/s, together with the creality hyper PLA filament. Wait for my update!!! By the way, Creality K1 is a Heart-saving machine. With the hands-free auto leveling design, the whole process happens on its own after the printing starts, a real auto leveling printer. ... show more

    • Fantastic printer...after a little upgrading.
The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic printer, great quality and fast. Purchased from a third party seller at a good price during a sale. As I thought might happen, it was an early, non upgraded version, one that needed a new hot end and extruder....upgrading made the good purchase price pretty much a wash. Which is the only reason for 4 stars. Printer does great print in place work, as seen in video test print. If not for a problem with Amazon shipping, our area has poor service from them, the item was sent quickly by the seller. Seller had good communication. None of the shipping issues were the sellers fault. I think this is a great item and recommend the Creality K1. ... show more

    • DOA and can will not exchange?
I ordered this thru Amazon on a flash sale. When it came I opened the printer following the Creality instructions. It fails doing the self test startup. ERROR E500 key:2119 (ADXL345 chip failure) It does not go any further. IT DOES NOT WORK! They will not replace this. They want me to return it and PAY another $166.08 plus tax to get it replaced. Would a replacement be any better? ... show more
