The wheels are full sized and super soft (78a durometer) with a rounded edge, making them great for the sidewalk or street. The ABEC 7 bearings are equipped with a long-life thick internal lubricant to better repel dust, debris and moisture.
  • PREMIUM COMPONENTS - The RETRO features premium alloy trucks and plates, steel axles, and real urethane bushings. This give you a rigid platform along with the smooth compression of high quality urethane bushings, both of which come together to provide a great smooth ride and deep turns as well as the ability to adjust the performance of your skates to your individual needs as a skater.

Description

The Retro adjustable roller skate is a size adjustable skate that uses a system of micro-adjustments to adjust across four shoe sizes, which allows you to have a perfectly customized fit. Its super soft leatherette boots are form fitted boot with a rolled collar, made of 100% vegan materials and lined with soft-touch felt for an ultra-comfortable skating experience. They also feature top quality components, such as a rigid alloy plate, alloy trucks, 62mm 78a outdoor wheels and ABEC 7 chrome speed bearings. Both the wheels and the toe stop are glitter-infused and color coordinated to the boot, making these skates look just as exceptional as they perform!

These skates are so comfortable! They are padded in the right places and not narrow at all. I have wide feet & these feel like a dream. They are sturdy and durable. Be sure to loosen the plates just 1 turn for better ease at turning.

Love the padding on the inside of them They were a gift so I didn’t get to try them out but she said they fit like a glove and so comfy! Ive bought a lot of skates in my life time and never really realized the quality difference between brand till now , I wish I would have taken a pic of the padding around the ankle. Gorgeous!!! I’m so sad about these skates. They are stunning and exactly what I was looking for. They are so stylish and I love the retro labels on them. I love the whole retro look. And they are so smooth you feel like you are gliding. They are kinda like riding a long board except attached to your feet. I haven’t skated since I was a kid and I’m not very good but wanted to get back into it. I initially fell in love with the Crazy Skates Evoke but they are wayyyy to expensive for a beginner like me. I’m not sure if I will even have the time to get a good use out of them. I just wanted to have fun and them being close to $300 was not a smart move for me. So when I found the retro style I fell even more madly in love and it was the price range that fit me. It all would have been perfect if they’d fit me! I’m an 8.5 and they are just slightly too small for me and crush my toes. I wish they were just a few centimeters bigger. I think if you’re an 8 in women’s you’ll be fine, but that’s the cut off. I pray they make these in bigger sizes, or significantly lower the price of the evoke. I’m so sad but I will unfortunately have to return these. I’m afraid I will damage my feet in the long run if I deal with how small they are. ... show more
