The Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Carnival Playset was a gift for a 3 year old, and I wasn't sure about whether or not she'd be able to fasten the figures into the ferris wheel by herself, but she managed just fine. The velcro strips are easy for any child 3 and older to manage.
