I have a cricut maker and this product is perfect for all kind of creative projects! I highly recommend it if you are creative and want to get some extra use out of your cricut machine. Literally you can write/draw anything perfectly, with whatever marker or pen you want. Love it. This Is so cool and easy to use! I have used sharpies, a few different papermate gel pens, and other brands of both gel pens and various markers. It’s very easy to use and works like a charm. Be sure to use the little square measuring thing that comes with it on the bottom of the clip to align your marker or pen to be sure it is positioned correctly to write…. It sounds confusing but you’ll understand once you open it up and put it in your cricut. The box is aesthetically pleasing and has solid packaging. You get more than one adapter which is great and the instructions are straight forward. This is a genius little contraption and I highly recommend it to whoever has a cricut machine! ... show more

    • I love these for my pen collection
I am very happy with this product. They install easily. The piece for measuring the gap works great. I am glad there was 2 in the pack as I have 2 cricuts. I am still playing with them, but am very pleased with the product.

    • Does the job but confusing to use
This does what it's supposed to but.... Maybe I've read the instructions wrong multiple times or I'm completely missing something,but there HAS to be a better way to set it up. It's very awkward and I'm still trying to figure out another way to do it. However, it has let me use the 2 brands of pens I've tested with my Maker so it's definitely worth the money. ... show more

The hardest part was removing the Cricut pen adapter, and that wasn't really hard - just awkward for me.

    • Quick and Easy and Wonderful
I was honestly a little worried when I saw a couple of reviews rant about how much of a pain it was to use because you had to calibrate it each time. I expected the calibration to mean you had to put in test sheets of paper and run various Cricut algorithms and cross-check the results with NASA. But no. The “calibration” is just putting the marker in the adapter until the nib almost touches the “floor.” That’s it! It takes two seconds. Such a breeze. And it works like a dream. All the markers that I don’t have a ready-made adapter for work perfectly with this universal adapter. I absolutely love it. ... show more

    • Not Perfect for Maker 3
You need to calibrate pens before writing with Cricut however the design isn’t meant for Maker 3, as advertised. They give you 4 little plastic calibration tools but with the metal roller in front of the pen slot, there’s no way to calibrate the pens by using their tool. You’ll have to estimate and try (maybe get some pen marks on your mat). ... show more

    • Pen adapter is a game changer. LOVE IT
So all afternoon after getting this in the mail. I've been playing with it with my Cricut maker to learn what it can do. It's easy to install once you get the cricut one out, (pinch the bottom slightly, had to use pliers gingerly and the old one pops right out). To install it's easy but the hard part is to figure out the depth guide for the pens etc. The roller is in the way so I went above the roller and inserted from the left side using the part that is suppose to go over the square part of the machine as a little handle to insert and remove the depth guide. That's a little different from the instructions but it works and it's not that much of a extra step to adjust to change pens etc. when we are used to changing out from score wheel to fine point etc. Just an added step with pens or pencils, markers of which it takes all. So far I haven't had one Pen pencil etc. it would not take or hold. EVEN the Cricut stylus that I could not get to stay in place works with this. Don't recommend much but I recommend this.
