These frames have plexiglass, so they are light weight. The plexiglass on the frame did not have the protective film, so the warning sticker asking me to remove the film was placed directly on the plexiglass, which made it unusable. It was also chipped in a few places and a crack had started. I emailed the company and they sent out a replacement plexiglass immediately. The customer service was wonderful and the frames are just what I needed! I will buy from Craig Frames every time I need frames. ... show more
