I bought these tools for my dad's birthday. I wanted to find something in my price range that was going to be in a decent container. Not like those suitcase things you can buy that feel cheap. Even though I bought this for him, I end up using them anyways! Pros: Highest quality tools I've personally ever used, and there are a lot of them. This case includes everything I needed to to basic vehicle maintenance. And the fact that you can slide the trays out of the container to have under the car with you makes life so much easier. Cons: The tray design isn't very intuitive at times, but I can't take stars off for this considering the price. What I mean is that pinching the sides of the tray and sliding them out is a bit more difficult at times than it needs to be, but you'll get used to it. Final thoughts: Everything is well marked, and there's even dividers on top of the container to separate screws and the like. The tools and sockets stay in place. I also have more sockets than I'll need for a long time. If you're looking to do basic work or gift an aspiring mechanic, this kit has nearly all the tools they could ask for. ... show more

    • Craftsman is good guality tools and dependable for sure
But my package was bent and looked like a mess and just like I thought all the tools where all messed up and scattered everywhere inside of the trays and both of my outside clips where broken with this being said I keep it and moving on in life but it was disappointing that I had to compromise on sending it back or just being cool and taking life as it happens so in honesty 9.0 out of 10 but could have been better ... show more

After 30 years, my current tool set is missing a few things, you know that 13mm socket, the 19mm deep socket - slowly they disappear to live with the missing socks. :) This set was just the perfect price and put together for me, as I wanted to refresh the tools I got. Bought it a 124 bucks! The best price in the net! The very next day after I ordered it jumped to 200 plus bucks. At the price I got it for the best ratchet set you could get in a case. So I'll give it 5 stars at the price I bought it for. Now I think it costs too much.
