I prefer the white to clear just because it’s easier to see if all has been removed after washing. That’s just my preference though. Decent backing and works well with my brother embroidery machine.

I love this film , have used it many times in my embroidery work. I have used it on the top of my fabric, under my fabric as well as using it without fabric and embroidering right onto it which when finished with the project it can be washed away and leaves behind free standing lace, I think it's so cool I found it to be very easy to use, I had no issues with the product while embroidering on to it. It rinsed away with little effort This is definitely a keeper, I would buy it again.

My wife and I own a small business making a variety of personalized embroidery products for the scuba diving industry. The material we use for most of our products is polypropylene webbing, not the easiest material to embroider on. In fact, we need to double layer the wash away stabilizer so it is important the stabilizer cleanly "washes away". The Craftido stabilizer is not quite as dense as our current solution but it more easily dissolves. We still have to double layer but that is the nature of our underlying material, not the Craftido stabilizer. This is a good product at a good price. What do my STAR ratings mean? 5 STARS - I love the product. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again and recommend to friends and family. 4 STARS - I like the product. It is solid quality and delivers as advertised, I would purchase it again and recommend it to a friend and family. 3 STARS - Performs as I would expect it to, but nothing remarkable, I may recommend it if product is a good value for price. 2 STARS - Barely meets product requirements, may have design issues. I would not purchase again and would not recommend. 1 STAR - Completely unusable, I would return and request a refund.

Very pleased with this topping film! Use for machine embroidery with towels when I don't want the stitching (lettering and design) to sink into the fiber. I get excellent results. Film tears away from the design very easily and any remains wash away when the final product is washed. Great value for a product that goes a long way!
