I didn't pay attention to the fact that this was clear soap, I was only concerned that it was unscented. When we used it, the colors we added swirled around instead of being solid colored, but that's what made it so fun. The only problem we had was that it was quite humid and the soap appeared to sweat. That wipes off and I didn't realize it would be good to wrap in paper and store elsewhere, in a dry place, until after the fact. We know now and will be more careful. ... show more

This is great clear melt and pour. Be sure to watch the temperature it reaches once heated, try not to go over 160 if you really want that glass look. I made that mistake once, it was clear but not crystal clear.

I cut this into convenient-sized bars and use it as it is - no color, no perfume, no nothing. It's GREAT for my super-sensitive skin. This product has been great. Very clear. Melts very quickly and stays hot much longer than most soaps. So it is easy to mix scent and color with more than enough time and no reheating needed. So it does take longer to cool off but still a great soap. I will definitely buy this again.

I've been doing melt & pour soap for well over 3 decades, at least. This is THE clearest soap I've yet to find for embeds! They are one of my very favorite soaps to make for almost any occasion, and this brand is the absolute best to make them with!. It's just a tad pricey; but for the quality, you're getting, I can't bring myself to call it expensive. I'd be willing to bet (which I don't often do) that this one will be a keeper for a long while, as long as they don't go jacking up the price on us once they find out how much we like it (as many companies are wont to do, I'm sad to have to say). Let's just keep our fingers crossed that this company is one of the GOOD ones that enjoys keeping their customers happy, more than lining some "Higher-Up's" pockets! We KNOW you're out there! This soap creates a very waxy puck of soap. Yes, you can convince it to lather with enough friction but who likes to qash themselves with wax?
