  • Excellent, but I have some feedback
Size: 34W x 32L Color: Sedona Urban Pants Operator Navy
These are super-comfortable, stretchy in every direction. The pocket pattern is great - I like having lots of small pockets for poop bags for my dog, a dedicated narrow pocket for my pocketknife. I like that these extra pockets don’t have flaps like military-style cargo pants. Concerns, all of which are minor, not enough to knock off a star: I don’t see much point in the vents. The material is light enough to be suitable for warm weather. For me, these vents around the knees and groin are just entry points for ticks, and I will probably sew them shut. The zippered pocket adds bulk, and I don’t expect to ever use it. I’d rather see them eliminate it and knock off a few dollars. Stitching quality is ok, not great. There are several loose threads in various places such as the outer pantleg seam. None have come unraveled yet, but they look like they will. Elastic waist is super-comfy but a little too much. I have to wear a belt with these or they will fall down to plumber-butt level. But I would take this waist over the gathered-elastic style waist any day. I bought 2 pair, one gray and one “operator navy”. This navy is black, no hint of blue. I’ll probably keep them, but I wanted blue pants, not black. To repeat, none of these “concerns” are enough for me to ding these pants -1 star. I like them a lot and think they are a good buy. If they would eliminate the vents and the zipper pocket to reduce some NVA complexity, bulk, and cost, I would LOVE them. ... show more

  • Long lasting & comfortable
Size: 38W x 30L Color: Sedona Charcoal
Tried every work pants brand , and those are the best, durable fabric, light wight, stretch ,does not fade, lots of pockets and ventilation, spell and wet resistant to a good degree, I get free uniform from my job with a big name brand work pant, but i am still paying out of my pocket money to buy those pants , and it’s a money well spent, highly recommended. ... show more

  • CQR needs to get back to basics
Size: 28W x 30L Color: Sedona Cougar
Really disappointed with CQR. They used to the absolute best quality work pants on the market. They stopped making the two styles I liked the most and since then almost all their pants have elastic waistbands that make you look like your wearing tactical diapers. When it comes to this style, they fit true to size and are very comfortable. The material is not good for outdoor or heavy duty work, better for office or light duty work. The material is stretchy like damn near all pants these days, BUT they don't have that horrible bunched up elastic waistband, which is a huge plus. As mentioned in some other reviews, the useless vent holes don't have the mesh lining like previous styles from CQR, so make sure your wearing socks when you put these on, because you may just jam your big toe in one of the vents. Also, the legs are slightly tapered and they won't work with western style work boots. The stretchy material will not support any mildly heavy gear that you like to carry in your pockets such as flashlights and multitools. The pocket edges are not reinforced at all. The cargo pockets are oddly sized and placed, at least for me. I prefer the extra pockets to be on or in front of the the side seam instead of behind it, so you're not sitting on may gear when you hop in the truck. The zipper is a whole other issue. Guys, the opening is only 4 inches in length and the bottom sits pretty high. It is NOT going to be fun to even attempt to go standing up. So now you have to take off any gear on your belt and unbuckle. With all that said, I'll keep these pants, as they are pretty comfortable and they look great. They're just not going to work for work. ... show more

  • Best Buy for Versatility CQR Tactical Pants
Love the CQR tactical pants I purchased last year 2024; mostly pair them with loafers or a polo for business casual settings, or with boots and a t-shirt for leisure to maximize their versatility. For Leisure my CQR tactical pants outperform dress slacks and jeans due to their durability, water resistance, lightweight breathability, and extensive pocket storage. For Business Casual Office Wear my CQR pants match the polished look of slacks in neutral colors while offering superior comfort, mobility, and utility. Overall my CQR tactical pants provide a unique blend of style, comfort, and functionality, making them highly versatile for both leisure and business casual contexts compared to the more specialized dress slacks (formal, less durable) and jeans (casual, less functional). ... show more

  • Farm work on a hot hot day? Yup.
Size: 36W x 30L Color: Spectre Pants Charcoal
Hubby is a farmer, works outside in increasingly hotter summers. Has worn this brand for several years and will no longer wear any others. Fit/stretch great (getting in and out of equipment), cooling, and hold up to manual labor that would chew up other brands. Seem to wash and dry well - his have lasted 2-3 years of VERY hard work. The heavier winter model works great also. ... show more

  • Buy them
Size: 38W x 30L Color: Sedona Golden Oak
These pants are great. I’m picky with work pants, tried truwerk t1 and wasn’t impressed but these are the best I’ve worn. Having the vents in the legs is a great feature. Once you’re moving you can feel the air rushing in. The pockets are perfect for my line of work (project management and construction estimation) I can put everything where I need it with easy access. The fit is spot on and the stretch is perfect. Have 2 more on the way! Half the price of the truwerk pants too! ... show more

  • Strange Cargo Pocket on Left Leg
Size: 34W x 32L Color: Sedona Carbon Black
I bought a gray pair of these pants and really liked them. They fit well, were comfortable, and the quality felt solid. So when I saw this color on sale, I jumped on it. That is when things got a little weird. This version is not the same. There is only one cargo pocket, and it is on the left leg. Even stranger, the pocket is placed more toward the front of the leg instead of on the side like a normal cargo pocket. I tried putting my wallet in there, then my phone, even just a credit card. All of them felt uncomfortable, especially when sitting down. If you are on your feet all day, these might work fine. But if you plan on sitting at any point, I would recommend going with the gray pair. Those are amazing. ... show more

  • Great pants
Size: 32W x 34L Color: Sedona Cougar
Great pants! Light weight but not because of crappy nylon-type material. Look and feel great.
