I purchased this shirt to take on backpacking trips, hiking in the woods and also as a cold weather running shirt. The shoulders and sleeves are reinforced and feel very sturdy. The torso section is stretchy, comfortable and breathable. There's Velcro on the wrists which keeps the sleeves from moving about when active. I wished they had these shirt for female frames as well. I am 5-2 127 lbs and got the smallest size. It fit snug and awkward at the chest, loose at the waist and tight at the hips.
