These fit really great. Comfortable and stretchy. I am 5’1” and I weight 192 pounds. I bought a petite large. I do have a flatter tummy which is why I can get away with wearing these on the snug side yet not too snug. I bought black. If I get a lighter color I will size up. These are the type of pants I will wear for work as I work out in the community walking, bending, picking items up and driving around in the heat of Arizona that will get hotter as time goes on. I’m really liking these scrub pants 👏🏼 They’re super comfortable with just the right amount of stretch, not tight or squeezing my stomach at all (because who has time for that at work?). The waistband is a big win too, it’s not overly scrunchy or bulky, so it lays nice and smooth. They move with me all day without feeling restrictive, and still look put together. They were a little loose when I first tried them on, but once I washed and dried them, they fit just like I like. Ordered a medium. 5'6 - 170lbs. I will be ordering more.

However Amazon recommended medium; which I’m glad I went with my gut and got a small bc they fit perfectly and not tight nor loose. I would the pick the size you normally would.
