Arrived very quickly, the packaging was very good, nothing was broken or damaged. My 2 yr old grandson loved every toy in the collection. The fishing pools are magnetic and really work like a rod and reel. The fish have tiny magnets so they attach/“get caught” very easily. Even the adults enjoyed catching fish with him. There are a nice variety of fish, they are very colorful, with no rough or sharp edges. He played with these toys all day. At the end of the day, clean up was a breeze. None of the items had holes so that water was trapped inside, so all was simply dried off. No drip dry so nothing was left outside to get stepped on or blown away. There was one fish that got missed and wound up in the pool skimmer. It was intact and did not cause any damage. Great pool toy at a great price. Highly recommend.

The fishing poles themselves can come apart fairly easily, and I decided to use superglue on ours and glue them together permanently because there’s really no point in them being pulled apart constantly by the toddler that is using them. That being said, the fish were great quality and the bag is very good quality as well. I do recommend it as a great toy for toddlers and it definitely keeps mine busy.

These are cheaply made, and broke easily. They float well but they trap water which is a mold risk. It was a fun little set and my kids liked to play with them in the tub until I had to toss most of them out.

Got these for our 2 1/2 year old nephew. Think they would work for a significant range of developmental stages. I figured the fishing pole might be a little too hard for a kid his age (too much fine motor control), but he did actually use it (in water) with a little help. For kids learning or already able to swim, they could be fun to go retrieve from around the pool. He mostly enjoyed using the included nets to scoop the fishes out of the water from the steps of our pool. Everything floated well. You can easily pull them under the water, then release and they will sort of flutter up to the surface which gives a nice lively effect. The storage bag was super handy and even works as a net to scoop them up from the water when you're done playing. I got the smallest set ("large"), and there was plenty of variety. They are brightly colored, with lots of different animals represented; although not exactly the ones that are pictured. The kid recognized some of the animals, some were new to him, and he definitely had a handful of favorites. Not amazing quality, but it really didn't matter. The fishes each have a small phillips head screw in them which acts as the magnetic anchor; I tightened one that was slightly loose on arrival. Also had to re-tie the worm on the end of the fishing rod that came loose during play. Because of that I would recommend no unsupervised play with these, but we were doing that anyway because water. Adults also had a little fun using the fishing rod in water while the kid played. Overall, great fun for the price.

The media could not be loaded. NOT water toys (paint comes off when you rub off any soap suds) I only did it to one toy to test it out based on a review placed recent about this product and can confirm it does wipe away even if you dry it. There was another review stating that the nail which the magnet picks up rusts fast (so it’s best not to use it in water or don’t do it too often.) Packaging did NOT bring the hammer head shark, seahorses, sea shells, turtle, and corals, and much more, just a bunch of repeated fishes in different colors and designs on them. I had requested a replacement and even the new one brought the same things. Photo is very misleading. It does float but again, not suitable for bathe time, paint will rub off. ERY EASILY. It's cheap plastic. Good amount of fishing and you can share with family and friends maybe just 2-4 can play together then take turns. (since I bought the one that comes with two fishing rods and two fishing nets. I believe a pair can play together and the other pair helps catch the fish with their nets and then share and swap. But I was really looking forward to the variety of marine life not just fish but the hammerhead shark would have been nice, turtle, shells, corals, etc. when the heck do you see a duck in the Ocean/Sea water? (Yes I had to say “wtf” in my head to avoid my video be taken down lol) a lot of repeats not enough turtle, hammerhead, shells, and corals like photo advertised.

I’m really pleased with this set! I bought it for almost-3 year old twins and it’s the perfect bath toy for this age! It comes with TWO fishing poles and two nets, so there’s no fighting over who gets what, and the variety of animals is really fun! The fishing poles are easy to reel in, and the magnets are nice and strong so if you dangle the hook near enough to one of the fish it clicks right together, it’s not too frustrating even for little kids to successfully make catches. The fish feel super light and kind of cheap but it does mean they all float and none have taken on water so far. Some of them look a little odd but that hasn’t made it any less fun to play with! Definitely worth what I paid for it anyway! Updated a few months later- this set is still fun and getting regular use in my house. After several months of use in the bathtub there is some rust around the screws in the fish but it doesn’t affect the use. However, the plastic around one of the fishing rods broke and the magnet fell out. Disappointing because now we’re down to one fishing rod for two kids.
