This is my first time trying Viscose bamboo fabric, and Cozy Earth pajamas. And I have to say it is literally the best thing since sliced bread!! I'm 5'6", 199lbs, 38DD, and I wear a size 14 in jeans, I ordered this pajama set in an XL, it fits me perfectly. I would say that these run a little smaller than normal - I was going back and forth between a Large and an XL, and after reading other reviews that the shorts run smaller, I went with the XL, and I'm glad that I did. The material is buttery soft. The length of the shorts hits me 4 inches from my knee. The length of the shirt hits me right at the top of my pubic bone. ... show more
