I purchased Yummy Hunny Blur. I am 70 yrs old with fair skin and brown and white hair. The feel of this lip stick is very soft. The texture looks and feels like velvet. It conditions my lips and over time my lips are noticeably smoother. The Hunny Blur color instantly revives my fair skin and hair. It's a very flattering, soft, mat color that does not bleed/feather into lip lines. I have not detected any taste or smell. It does need to be refreshed regularly to maintain the color. I have yet to find a truly lasting lip color so am in the habit of reapplying regularly and keep my favorite lip products accessible in the bathroom, my purse, my pocket, and gym bag. ... show more

Goes on great and it's so soft and smells amazing. Really does provide that blur effect. Giving 4 stars because it does transfer a bit easy, but i can see myself purchasing this product again for how it applies and it smells really good.

I really love this lip color; it's not easy to find the right red, but I found it with this brand and this lipstick. Oftentimes as well, matte lipsticks are drying and cakey, but not this one! It goes on easy, the color is gorgeous, and it doesn't come off on teeth, your glass, and doesn't transfer to other people's cheeks and lips :). It smudges a bit, but not much and usually just after application - just like most other lip colors, brands, etc. I really hope this matte lipstick - specifically Covergirl, this SPECIFIC formula, type, and the colors I've bought to date and love - aren't discontinued for a long while yet because I will continue to buy as long as I am able! This is a great little lipstick. I love the way it goes on. The color is amazing and it lasts. My only hope is that it is never discontinued. The product feels very nice on the lips and feels hydrating. But it sinks into every single line on your lips. I was hoping this would be a good dupe for the Nyx Smushy balms but in stick form for easier application while driving. They are not a dupe. While they feel similar, they don’t have the same blurring effect and like I said earlier, they don’t smooth the lips, they show every little line in your lips. They diffuse beautifully and do give a blurred effect to the lip line and they do feel very nice. They have a pleasant scent, and I do like the color, they’re nicely pigmented, but not aggressively so. Just not quite what I was going for. So overall a good product, but if you’re looking for a dupe for the Smushy balms, this isn’t it. ... show more
