Overall these are a great value for this style of boot! I really like the elastic gusset region which is made with a soft fabric, almost like a cable knit sweater. This boot is comfortable! I wore these boots as a tourist in San Francisco, walking all around and up and down. My feet did great the whole time! I almost gave them a positive review immediately after, until.... I wore them to work recently. My office building is filled with old vinyl floors, and the rubber soles squeak SO terribly on those floors. I'm embarrassed to walk around because it's sounds so disruptive. They also squeaked on a cheap laminate "wood" flood too. Such a bummer. I will have to be thoughtful about how/when I wear them. Lastly, I am a size 8.5-9 depending on the shoe. I received a size 9, and these feel a tad too loose. Not overly annoying, but just keep it in mind while ordering.

I wasn't expecting much for the price point, but these boots are on point. They look more expensive in person, made very well, and surprisingly were easy to slip my foot in. I'm a 7.5 and ordered the 7.5 which was still roomy in the toe area. I would say it fit like a 7.5/8.

This is a really great pair of ankle boots. I like the faux suede material and the sock looking, elastic upper. It’s comfortable and makes slipping them off and on easy. I also like the platform chunky heel. A lug sole design can feel too clunky for me but adding additional height by using a platform, makes them just a little more versatile than other ankle boots that are similar in style. I think that detail keeps them from looking a little too rugged, or young for me. I like a Chelsea style boot for pairing with chunkier sweaters or a classic pea coat when it’s really cold. It’s a style that’s classic and looks especially good with jeans. It replaces sneakers or tennis shoes as a my go-to style for cold or harsh weather. I also feel like they’re a good fit. I haven’t worn them extensively yet, it’s still too warm where I live, but they feel good as I wear them around the house. I have room for a regular sock when it gets chillier so, for me, they’re true to size. I ordered my usual boot size (always a little larger than the size I order for sandals) and they fit well. I think this is a good, classic style done well.

I ordered these for my wife who has a hard time finding boots that are comfortable to wear. These boots fit her as expected. The boots are a bit on the heavy side when picking them up, but not when walking in them. She's able to to put them on and take them off rather easily. They look just like the pictures and the material is soft. She will likely wear then with thin socks as opposed to thick athletic socks just to give her a bit more room for her feet. Overall, she's really pleased with these boots!

These boots are gorgeous! They're stylish, comfortable and fit true to size. They don't hurt my feet at all, even after wearing them for hours. The bottoms have thick, deep tread. I love that the heel adds a couple inches to my height. These boots are versatile and can be worn dressed up with a skirt or dress or dressed down with jeans.

I loved the look, feel and fit but I returned them anyway. The right one had something wrong with the manufacturing. When I walked, it made a VERY loud clicking noise. It sounded like it had taps on the one heel. I wore them to work and remarks were made. It was embarrassing. Then, I was made fun of...and I work with nuns. That's when I decided they had to go back. I'm sure it's probably just a freak issue, but I didn't want to take any chances.

I wear a 10.5W/11W and tried the 11. I'm always complaining about the width of women's shoes and boots because they run oddly narrow. These fit WONDERFULY! It did take some effort to get them on and I think part of that is because there isn't much for me to grab onto (I also have hand issues). The loop in the back wasn't large enough for me to get my finger into, but I didn't struggle with these boots nearly as much as I have with more narrow boots. Once my foot was in the boots, it wasn't snug anywhere—good room in the instep area and an adequate toe box. I also removed the boots without much effort, which was amazing, too. I think they're super cute and I'm glad to find some boots that fit people with wider feet. The structure of the boot itself is also nice. It's chunky, but not difficult to walk in, especially for someone who mostly wears sneakers. I really love these!
