OK Here's The Deal: Ignore the people who are saying that the glue on the sides was messed up, and that they arrived scratched up and all of that. I can tell you that I work in Rock'N'Roll PR, and these Snakeskin Kitten Heels are EXCELLENT! Everyone I know was like, OMG did you get those at Nordstrom?! Like, they are SPECTACULAR. They fit perfect. I'm a 9.5 in general, but in pointed toe boots, I always size up to a 10 and it works out PERFECTLY. Don't walk, RUN!!!!!!!!! These ankle boots are absolutely stunning! They were surprisingly comfortable as well. I took the suggestion from another user’s review and sized up a half size, and I recommend the same. These are amazing! The "leather" is super soft, the buckle/zipper detail makes the boot edgy. The fit is perfectly true to size and the inside of the boot is very soft!
