I knew this was likely to be a more cheaply made costume, but we had no issues inflating and putting it on for a good laugh. We're going to a halloween-themed wedding in the fall and trying to pick our costumes now. This is flexible and even though it says it goes to 6'3 height, my 6'5 partner had no issues fitting into it. It's pretty hilarious as your feet become the daschund's feet. There's not real purpose to the people above the dog, so probably best to find some kind of plain clothing to wear it with. The issue I see for our intended use is that while wearing it there's zero way to sit down. It'd have been great if the back portion was a single entity with velcro or similar to help it stay "connected" to the front so that we could be more mobile when necessary and come together as a whole dog for show. Barring that, we likely can't wear this to the wedding because there's no way for us to sit in a church, or at a reception. We'll need 2 costumes just to make it work.

This is SO GREAT! There are two fans, one in the front, and one in the back. Both are battery powered, or you can attach the fan to a USB power bank. Easy to put on, both people just step into it like a pair of pants. The waist and ankles cinch around your body snuggly, and holds all the air inside. It's long enough to be hilarious, but narrow enough to easily fit through doorways, etc. (provided you are both coordinated). Sizing is also pretty easy, as the dog legs are just rounder on shorter people, and skinnier on taller people. This fit middle-school aged children, as well as adults (didn't try out on anyone young than 11). Also stores easily in its own bag. Great costume for couples!!

This costume sure is great which caused tons of laughter that created lots of fun memories! Having a dachshund ourselves, and therefore being a fan of the breed, this was such an amusing and delightful shenanigan to play up! It's fairly straightforward to enact as you just have to get in it, put it on, fasten the waist tie, and use the pump. It inflates quickly enough by simply turning on the pump. I like that it actually comes with 2 separate pumps (powered by 4 AA batteries each; so that's a bit of trouble to supply both) as it ensures that the costume stays inflated even with double the size (double the persons fitting in a costume) and/or double the openings that air can vent out of. The quality is what you would expect that is typical in line for inflatable costumes -- the nylon/polyester is thin and can't really be expected to be all too durable. All to say that the wrinkles still remained, even after being fully inflated. Maneuvering takes a little bit of concentration and getting acclimated in moving around with it (especially in conjunction with your partner); though we were able to get used to it within a matter of minutes. The paw pads (shoe coverings) were a nice touch, but as we continued to walk around, it started rising up our feet; exposing our shoes. Would highly recommend as a costume for a couple that "looongs" to share & create laughs together!

It’s hilarious, attention-grabbing, and perfect for parties, Halloween, or any fun event. The costume is easy to inflate and comfortable to wear, allowing you and your partner to waddle around as an adorable dachshund. The quality is surprisingly good, and it holds up well even with a lot of movement. If you're looking to bring laughter and smiles wherever you go, this costume is a definite winner! (Or should I say wiener!)

Funniest costume for dog lovers of the ‘hot dog’ breed 😆! I didn’t get it for Halloween but for a prank for my friend who adores this lovely breed of dog but can’t quite afford one just yet, lol. A nice April fool’s gag walking by his house in this. It works well. We blew it up, no issues at all. The value for cost is good, but not GREAT- not in comparison to Halloween stores that mark everything up, than it’s terrific, I mean against other inflatable costumes I’ve reviewed here on Amazon, but it’s at the higher, but acceptable range for being sold on this platform. The funny prank will be worth its weight in gold. The color looks as photographed, but we’ll truly see the quality after the prank goes down. So far, it seems to be up to par, as I have expected.
