I bought these to give to my son for his birthday. He's a very talented sketch artist. I noticed he's been taping his drawings and sticking them to his walls. He loves unwrapping presents, and he's hard to buy for, so I thought he'd love these cork tiles to put on his walls and display his art work that way. I received them so quickly. They seem like they're good quality and I love the darker brown color. I plan on buying more and using them to make a cork wall at my business. **** Update! These cork tiles fall off the wall. They do not stay up. My son's poster was ruined when the tile it was pinned to fell to the floor and the poster landed on the sticky part. I'm very disappointed. I love the thickness and color of these tiles. I was going to buy more to use at my business. But, now I'm not so sure. Maybe I can add double sided sticky pads for extra hold. ... show more

After researching cork boards from multiple sellers I decided to order these particular ones, and I must say that I am a very satisfied customer! They are true to color, with an appealing dark brown that is easy on the eyes and looks great on the wall in front of my desk at work! Some pros to point out that make this product stand out are: - They are thicker than convential adhesive cork boards and I am not worried about tacks going through to the wall. - The entire back is adhesive which I really enjoy, I am not worried about them coming off of the wall randomly. - Attaching them to the wall was quick and easy. - My famly photos and notes look great with the dark background.     • Just What I Wanted
I had an area in the basement that I wanted to hang a large bulletin board on. The ones I liked were too expensive along with the added drama of trying to attach them to a textured concrete wall. When I saw the nice dark color and the flexibility I would gain using tiles, I was sold. They arrived quickly and without any dinged or crushed corners. Since I am using them on a textured surface, the adhesive backing was not going to hold. It just isn't what it was meant for. However, Flexseal Glue (clear) was the perfect match for these tiles. I am very pleased with the results and will likely end up getting more to add to the 3' x 4' area I created with the sets I received. It just depends how much my need for space grows.     • Great product but check edges for straightness before mounting!
This is a great product! Uniform color among tiles and soft cork for push pins. However, before mounting one butt up against another, dry fit to make sure the edges are perfectly straight. I mounted two together and the corners touched but the edges were not perfectly straight so there was a gap in the middle of that pair. When I mounted the other two I was more careful to check first and did not have a problem after I reoriented them. Once you mount them you can't remove them. ... show more

Needed some brown cork tiles to build a 3'x 4' cork board to clean up my office. Once I cut down some peg board to the right size I adhered these tile to it and attached to the wall. I don't recommend attaching these directly to the wall as it recommends a "smooth surface". The peg board I got at Home Depot is smooth on one side and textured on the other and only 3/8" thick. Use drywall anchors to attached to the drywall. Anyways, this cork has great color, the cork is tight and of high quality and 1/2" thick. The adhesion is strong so once you place, it's permanent.... Be careful when placing. The project turned out great and I'm very satisfied with my new cork board. I'm very happy and highly recommend this product! ... show more

Prepped the wall with alcohol to remove contaminants in a house we’ve lived in for a month, and these didn’t stay stuck to the wall for 10 hours. We wanted to let the adhesive set to the wall before displaying action figures, but they fell off the wall with zero load applied.
