“Cotton too” / “Cotton Too” brand makes THE BEST cotton rounds. Cotton rounds without one side that has an exfoliating texture are pointless. These are the absolute best exfoliating cotton rounds. I have tried all of the brands that contain the word exfoliating in their name and no others compare. These are the absolute best in terms of functionality AND price. We use cotton rounds daily. I prefer the exfoliating type because they seem to work better at removing makeup and grime. I really like my store brand. However, they have been out of stock recently, so I’ve been experimenting with different brands available on Amazon. These made-in-the-USA Cotton Too exfoliating cotton rounds are reasonably priced and 100% cotton. They are okay, but they are softer and much fuzzier than my store brand cotton rounds. These are ok. The exfoiliating side isn't as pronounced as the ones are on swisspers, but since you get so many packs for the price, they will have to do.

I mean, they are cotton rounds. What is there to review? Well, as you pull one of these out of the bag to use, you may actually end up with three or four. They split apart in odd ways. They work just fine but...the separation issue is a bit annoying. Will probably not buy again.
