I ordered a 4x just because I had a feeling these were not going to be true to size. What I received may be considered a smaller 1x or extra large if you want it loose as pictured. As I said assumed it would be smaller due to being shipped from another country. If you are truely a plus size you do not want to order this top. Ordered a 2x to be sure. Normally I am xtra large. Couldn’t even get this over my shoulders. Maybe they size for only tiny folk. Not happy.

Doesn't look/fit like in the photo. It's not as long as it appears. Looks like a nurses uniform top. Be sure to size up a few sizes. American L/XL is an Asian XXXL. The bottom of the neck V has a loop to attach ID tags.
