I have now received 2 month of boxes, the first box came in February , plants were beautiful, doing great. the second box received last week, the fittonia didn't make it, it froze, as it was coming to MN and we had a really cold snap, and there was no heat pack this time. I contacted Costa farms, and they replied so quick, and said that they would send out a replacement for the plant that didnt make it. They are so awesome, I just got my delivery, and they sent the whole box to me, this time with a happier fittonia, they are chilly plants, but look so much better. I am going to keep with this, I love the surprises I get every month, and its nice that they stand by their plants and want you to have happy plants. ... show more

I feel like they could charge 49.99 for this service. For four plants, they arrived in great shape, info about how to take care of them, and the two succulents are ripe for propagating. The only reason I'm cancelling is because my space is small and right now this is all I need--but I'd love to renew the subscription and send it to another address potentially as a gift. I am going on my fourth month now of this subscription. I am happy to say the plants I have received to date have been nice. All plants have come in healthy with little to no damage. Sometimes one of the succulents will have a broken piece that occurred during shipping but that can happen and if the plant is healthy in a matter of time it will grow out and become invisible. I have had two duplicate plants and I am hoping in the future that they select new unique plants. The reason for four and not five stars is the duplicates and the lack of identification of the plants when the box is received. Most plants are easily identifiable but it would be nice if they included the names of each selection. ... show more

I started this subscription to build my plant collection. The plants came very well packaged, there was a nice variety, the plants were healthy but I have no idea what they are. There is a lot of information in the box but it’s very vague and I’m not sure what instructions to use for plant care because there is not where to identify the plants, and they are not labeled. I’m thinking about canceling my subscription just because of that reason. 😢 everything else was great! ... show more

YOU GUYS! You will NOT be disappointed! These plants are absolutely gorgeous. I got 4 in my first box. I’ve only received one so far but I will be a subscriber for life! Even if I chose to give some away, it’s a win! For the people saying they didn’t get the plant description and care in their boxes, I’m sorry! I got all of the papers detailing the plant and their care which is so incredibly helpful. Only thing I wish that Costa would do is let you choose the amount of light required plants in each box as I’m after a variety. But I am so happy with this sub and you will be too! ... show more
