Package arrived in perfect condition. Two boxes were used to ensure that product arrived safely. Regarding the keyboard: I had very modest expectations: I wanted a compact keyboard for traveling or going about. Space is limited; so I thought if the price were right, I'd give a 61 key version a try. Purchased as part of the Black Friday preview. With tax, that was about to $88 USD. The keys aren't exactly full size, but they're not tiny. If you're using for scales or vocal exercises, it's fine. If you want something to just play around with and have fun, it's fine for that too. The sound is much bettter using headphones. Haven't tried with Garage Band or external speakers yet. In addition to the keyboard and power cord, there are musical note labels, a sustain pedal, the music stand, and a paif of headphones. I'm thinking this would be a great way to introduce a child to a musical keyboard. I remember my first foray into music was on a humble portable organ and from that I went on to a piano. I wouldn't say this is "toyish" exactly. Most arranger keyboards and some entry level digital pianos are plastic. This is a budget entry level keyboard meant either for travel or making music accessible to those on a budget or limited space. And I think that's where they succeed. However, I really don't think you'll need over 100 tones. There's a few good ones in there, but then again, I wasn't intending to use this for an arranger keyboard. The instruction book could be better; some of its limitations are due to poor translation. Should you buy this? Know your needs. If you're professional, this is not for you, and purists wouldn't be happy with this. Truthfully, if you're on the path to serious musical studies, you have different needs and expectiations and probably would not consider this unless it was under special circumstances. Maybe. This Is For the Rest of Us If you're on a budget, you will align your bank account with your expectations. If you're really have no space, a folding keyboard is a way to have access to an instrument. A friend of mine has a travel guitar that he brings to work. I thought, "how can I bring good enough piano?" This was the answer. It is an excellent size. Just enough keys. Just enough width and throw on the keys. ("Just" as in "any less would not work"). The sound coming out of the built speakers leaves something to be desired. But if you're really looking to jam, a portable bluetooth speaker with and aux input is a suitable upgrade. Now I bring it around to my friends houses to teach their 4-6 year olds some music games. Just came back to buy another of this keyboard for one of the kids who's taken to it ... show more

Nice, concept! However this particular piano is not touch-sensitive, but I believe Cossain has another model that is touch-sensitive. You can get a better sound if you connect this piano to a daw, the specific one I received did not connect to my computer for some reason but I did manage to connect it to my Android tablet through a USB cable. If the one I received was touch-sensitive I would have been satisfied. I am however returning the one I have and hope Cossain can help me get the touch-sensitive version instead. ... show more

This product was a HORRIBLE disappointment. It arrived with a ticking sound in the speaker. The annoying tick was off rhythm and made it impossible to learn to play. It was given as a birthday gift and arrived damage. Would NOT recommend anyone purchase for Christmas. I was left feeling disappointed. Embarrassed for giving a broken gift. And I’m still waiting on my refund. If you’re looking for reliability even for a toy, I would not expect a perfect, gift ready product to arrive. ... show more

The barely finger sized button requires so much pressure to push in. And I'm 5ft 100lbs... So I'm teeny. Anyone bigger would have to have a really powerful pinky finger to pushes that really hard button in. It doesn't protrude at all it even concaves into the board making it near impossible to push down. I had to use a pen or marker to push it in. And when it pushes in, it banged my head as it flew closed. 😂. And now... it's broken and it doesn't lock when it opens anymore. This is poor design seeing that the foldability is the only thing making this device more attractive than other options. ... show more
