So I bought this to sublimate onto a shirt. Once I figured it out it works great. I found if you peal the sublimation paper dry it ruins the vinyl. I had to wet it and peal it. I then washed the shirt after 24 hrs to get the residue off. It was a little extra work but came out great

Buyer beware - I was excited for glow in the dark of vinyl, but once I went to weed the project, the backing was not holding the parts that I needed. Everything lifts and comes out of place. This vinyl impossible to weed. The adhesion to the plastic backing is almost non existent. So the objects come off and will not stick back to the backing. Maybe I received a bad batch. But I’m returning it.
