  • Excellent Warranty
Size: RM850X Pattern: Power Supply
These power supplies are extremely well-built and come with a 10 year warranty. The output is stable with minimal ripple on the 12V rail and acceptable 5V & 3.3V characteristics. Efficiency is on the upper end of the 80+ Gold specification, just barely missing 80+ Platinum. The fan often does not spin at idle and remains extremely quiet even when under near-full load. Coil whine has not been a problem, in contrast to older units. Cables are mostly flexible & easy to route, though the 24-pin ATX connector's capacitors do mildly complicate cable management moreso than with other cables, but do further smooth the output. ... show more

  • Solid, no issues with a standard PC
Size: RM750x Pattern: Power Supply
Powering a Intel 12th gen system with a Nvidia 4070 4 hard drives with no issues. Very reliable, very stable, and barely audible even with your ear near it. I highly recommend Corsair's PSUs.

  • High Power Output with Great Value
Size: RM750x Pattern: Power Supply
I purchased the RM750 after I got a more powerful GPU for my first build. Up until then, I had been using a 600-Watt EVGA non-modular PSU (which was great and had enough power output, but didn't have two PCIe 6+2 connections). Going to a fully modular PSU was quite convenient since I didn't have a load of unused cables hardwired into the old PSU just gunking up the space under the case. The installation was easy enough, and this PSU has more than enough connections for most applications. The thing has been working flawlessly since, and is ridiculously quiet. I have friends who have used Corsair PSUs for years and have never experienced a failure or fault, so it's odd that so many here seem to be experiencing such. Needless, to say, I fully recommend this product if you want enough power to provide for any gaming build with a good amount of headroom for future hardware that may consume more power. ... show more

  • Corsair quality per usual
Size: RM850X Pattern: Power Supply
Bought this to replace an old 650x corsair PS I had in my last build for the current rig. That power supply lasted nearly 11 years people! Sure it was older and not modular as that wasn't a thing - but 11 years? My system is centered around corsair from the cpu cooler, ram, fans, pc case, mouse pad and psu. Everything runs flawlessly, simple to install with a focus on aesthetics and the cable management is insane - especially with that 5000d case. 850x is more than I require, but this is also future proofing as I intend to be using this psu for a decade or so. Its fully modular, meaning you can only attach the wires you need, which eases the strain of the cable management chaos. I have 4 cables attached to power the cpu, gpu, sata sdd backups and of course all the rgb modules on the back panel). Great, quiet and modular psu backed by Corsairs legendary quality. ... show more

  • Great Power Supply that does it's job.
Size: RM850X Pattern: Power Supply
Upgraded from a Cosair RMX 650x due to upgrading to the new Ryzen 7000x and video card upgrades and I've had no issues at all with the power supply. Note: Some new Ryzen boards come with a PD_12v_PWR ports (My board is a ASUS Crosshair X670E) and this PSU does not include the adapter for this plug, Although it's not necessary to power the board. The port is used to supply the front panel with 60 watt charging vs 24 watt without it. ... show more

  • Good PSU, but odd power cable included
Size: RM1000x Pattern: Power Supply
Good power supply that works well with high end components (Ryzen 5950X with a RTX 3080). Under load, my power pull hit 750 watts sustained and the PSU had no problems handling it. The PSU doesn't make much noise and was easy to install. My only complaint with this power supply was with the provided power cable. Rather than providing a 3 pin grounded power cable, a 2 pin power cable with a grounding wire was provided (picture provided). Not really a problem since I have lots of 3 pin power cables, but why include such a specialized cable that won't work with most household outlets. If someone were to make the mistake of using this cable on a standard household plug and didn't connect the ground wire, it would present a fire hazard. There are a lot of reviews stating that the power supply stopped working or burned out components on their motherboard. I suspect that this may be the reason. ... show more
