I ordered this kit and had an issue where they sent the wrong item. Not sure if it was an Amazon issue or Ring. The item they sent was the wedge kit. The company reached out directly and went out of their way to fix the problem. Mistakes happen, so I was happy to hear them take ownership and make it right. The item was high quality and fit the doorbell perfectly.

This item is very good , Kinda easy to put together but last for years , even took it when I moved but couldn't remember which screws to take out so I broke it and it's back on wall now

Hi. The first problem is the image of a doorbell. Not the corner kit. Corner kit on Left. Ring Doorbell base on Right. At least you can see the hole patterns. Make sure you are using the correct description. A Battery Doorbell and a Video Doorbell aren't the same Ring doesn't like to use part numbers... Model 5F97F2 Battery Doorbell is not a Video Doorbell. The mounting hole patterns are different. Make sure what you get is for your product. I contacted Ring Customer support to learn this lesson the hard way. Update: Ring Support contacted me after seeing this review. I was shown genuine concern for the problem. The return of the wrong part was simple and quick. They made sure to help me get the correct corner kit, and sent the next day. This time it fit! I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. Something I seldom see these days. Thanks Jess😉

The media could not be loaded. Ordered Ring corner kit. I received vertical sloped adapter (Wedge kit) not the corner one even though the package said corner kit. It will be returned today. Very upset with the quality control from Ring.
