The “r” in the name isn’t right. I’m not sure what it’s suppose to be but anyways there’s nothing I can do about it either I tired. I can’t get refunded and they won’t replace it so just wasted money. UPDATE: So even knowing that my first necklace didn’t come right and I wasn’t able to get it fixed or replaced I decided to give it another try let them redeem themselves because I can’t lie the necklace is very good quality and there are a lot of cute fonts to choose from for the price. Even with the messed up “r” on the previous necklace I still wore it everyday for over a year with no problems and loved it probably because it’s my bf’s gamer name lol. I needed an update and different font though the “A” was sharp so I guess a little warning to anyone looking to purchase a necklace with a name that has pointy letters just choose font carefully with that in mind. I got my bf’s actual name this time with a different font and honestly I have no complaints. The quality is just as great as the first and the spelling was correct no messed up letters this time. I love the font and that they added the little heart at the end as well. I believe with the first necklace it may have been the font I chose that was the issue I’m not sure but they’ve redeemed themselves so I wanted to update my review and hope it helps! ... show more

I wanted to say that the necklace is beautiful, and excellent quality! And, what is even better, is, the seller stands behind their product!! If it is not exactly what you were expecting, they will work with you!! I have ordered 4 necklaces from them. I ordered a thicker chain, but, in my opinion, it did not match the color of the silver of the name. I contacted them, and they were nice enough to send me a new one, with the normal chain. I personally do not recommend getting a thicker chain. It looks much better with the original! Of the other 3 that I ordered as gifts, no one has broken theirs!!!
