This is probably hands down the most comfortable blanket I've ever used. I am not sure how to describe it, but it has an exquisite feel to it, the material is soft, smooth like silk, it's light but still has a weight to it that feels like a gentle hug. The blanket is not overly thick so I don't feel like I'm being smothered in needless fluff. It's keeps you comfortable, I notorious for kicking my blankets and sheets off, but this, I'm finding that I am blanket hogging and trying to cocoon myself in. The cooling effect is do to it breathability and the light materials use, allowing you to stay comfortable rather than just suffocate under your own heat. So far this blanket feels extremely well made, and the materials used feel and look of good quality, so I feel that I should get many years use out of this, although we will see how it holds up to a washing, I may get a couple more as well to use as comparisons, and for color choices. I purchased a king sized, and I wish the 90 inch side was another 10 inches longer, maybe a little more, but I like oversized blankets and quilts on my bed too so that just my personal preference, but it fits just fine on my bed as is. Needless to say I am more than pleased with this blanket and highly recommend it for those who have a hard time finding blankets and covers they like due to so many being over stuffed monstrosities.

My comforter was delivered yesterday. I live in south GA, where it's extremely hot and humid in the summer. I have a 2 story home with 2 AC units, but no shade around so my AC can't keep up during the day. By bedtime, it's still about 5 degrees warmer than I can tolerate for sleep. I've purchased fans and window coverings, but still have a hard time falling asleep when the house is still warm. I needed a new bed set so I decided to search for a cooling comforter. This one was about double my budget, but after reading the reviews, I took a chance. I have ZERO regrets! As soon as I unboxed the comforter, I knew I made a good decision. I put it over my bed and my daughter and I both got under it to test it out. She sleeps upstairs, where it's even warmer, and she tried to steal it from me right away! I purchased one for her before I even gave it a full night's testing. I slept under the comforter last night and got some of the best sleep I've had here in the summer in years. Aside from the cooling effects, I am very impressed with the quality of this comforter. The material is extremely soft. It reminds me of the bamboo receiving blankets I used when my kids were babies. It's a very soothing material. The weight of this comforter is also beyond what I expected. I was afraid it would be too light, as I really enjoy the weight of a good thick comforter. While this comforter is thin, it does have a nice weight to it. It's far from a weighted blanket, but does give enough weight to feel like a real comforter. I also have a doberman who sleeps in my bed. He sheds a LOT, but it's wiry short black hairs that get embedded pretty easily. After he had a rest on the bed, I swiped across the comforter hoping to get rid of some of his hair, and was very impressed that it all came off pretty easily. The material is slick and soft, which makes it easy to wipe or shake off. I would compare it to a sleeping bag material, but a sort of "matte" version that doesn't create annoying sounds (it's silent when you toss and turn!) and feels much better on the skin. I've had my comforter for just over 24 hours, and I'm already telling everyone I know to go get one! This is one of the best purchases I've made for my bedroom and I can't recommend it enough.

While I purchased this cooling blanket knowing the shipping was going to take a bit longer than usual, it anreived on the estimated date, on time, which is always worth appreciating! Peeps, this blanket could’ve been delayed for a few weeks—months even, and I would confidently tell you: It would be worth the wait, regardless. Every. Time. Note, the box was clearly opened previously. However the blanket was unopened. Backstory: I have never had a cooling blanket before and didn’t know what exactly to expect. I’m currently waiting to move in, and am temporarily staying in a kind family member’s basement for the time being. That means I’ve been sleeping on air mattress for a few months—which, as a hot sleeper, has not offered decent air flow and temp regulation. I would wake up drenched in sweat. So, investing in a mattress topper, a rug for underneath, etc. did assist, BUT then my family member’s AC wasn’t working. As warmer temps were more and more prevalent, I bought this cooling blanket as a last ditch effort as waking up sweaty was also increasing in frequency, in tandem with the warmer weather. “And then there was you.” This blanket is soft, smooth, and the perfect material both in size, weight, and the way it forms so perfectly to one’s body. It is cool yet not cold, and adapts/maintains a sleeping temp that is PERFECT. I am blown away. I’ve yet to wash and launder the blanket, so will update my review if I can once I’ve done so. This blanket is a game changer. Seriously. Even with the AC working again—this blanket is seriously amazing. I almost returned it before even opening, knowing the AC would be getting fixed soon—I am beyond grateful I chose to try it out anyway. It has provided more restful sleep and long lasting comfort. And, come on…not waking up sweaty? PRICELESS! This is hands down, one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I cannot recommend this more, if you are on the fence! Try it! Or if you’re gift shopping for a friend? BUY IT! It is life and sleep changing.
