So far, one 2 week trip to Hawaii. Bought 2 each, 28 inch in the wine color. I can only speak to our trip and waited until after to review. Rolls easily, both the fixed handles as well as the retractable handle all worked well and suffered no damage during the trip other than normal expected scuffs from the air lines and shuttle bus rides from the airport to the car rental place. Plenty of room, lightweight and I gave them a good "quality control" inspection prior to our trip. My 1st experiment with hard side bags but these flex a little so that may help them last. All in all, no complaints, good product for the money so far.

I received this item a couple of weeks ago and didn't open it immediately. I wanted to get a chance to compare other items that I found locally at Ross Stores so I could get a sense of the different features and varieties for travel luggage and price. It's beem a while. I had not purchased luggage in 20 plus years and my old luggage is still good but heavy and it may exceed the new weight and dimension regulations. I travelled with it in 2019 and had to buy a box and take some things out because it weighed more than the limit required. So, I thought it was a good idea to get my luggage updated. I read so many positive reviews and looked at quite a few videos regarding this Coolife 28 inch spinning wheel expandable suit case that I was pretty well sold on the purchase. Luggage prices have increased tremendously over the last 20 years so when I found this 28 inch on sale, that was a bonus. While visiting Ross Stores I was very disappointed in the soft texture of the luggage they had, and prices were compariable. Today, I decided to open my box and from the very beginning, I ooh'ed and ahh'ed at the quality, the color, the features. It look well made, fashionable and dureable. It totally outshined all of the pieces I saw at Ross, and I am totally pleased. I have yet to travel with it, but I'm pretty confident it will withstand the beating it is due to receive at the airport. I am a Coolife fan from this point on. My only wish is that they would make an attachable carry on. I brought one from Lovevook that attaches to the handle in pink that will go well with the white luggage. I hate the thought if pulling two suitcases behind me. That's not a cool look. I'm going to be so cute rolling through the airport. "smile" Thank you Coolife. I have never spent this much for one piece of luggage, so it was a mental stretch for me. But I'm glad I did. You don't dissappoint. Good quality is well worth the price. Thank you.

Great suitcase for the price. I bought it in orange and loved that I could spot it from a mile away on the luggage carousel at the airport. It has a ton of room, holds up well, and has a built-in TSA lock.

I took this suitcase on its first round-trip flight, and I'm happy with its performance for the price. The spinner wheels are incredibly smooth and make navigating the airport a breeze. The interior is roomy, and the expandable feature was a lifesaver for souvenirs. It did its job and protected my belongings. My only note is that the shiny hardshell exterior shows every scuff and scratch from the baggage carousel. It's purely cosmetic, but don't expect it to stay pristine. A great functional suitcase for the price.

This luggage is amazing! It’s lightweight and can fit tons of stuff in it with lots of zippers and compartments to organize your things. It rolls very easily and is sturdy. I bought the orange so it would stand out at the luggage belt and it obviously does. It had a few black marks and scratches after use, but that’s to be expected. Airlines don’t treat luggage gently and if you don’t want marks on your luggage then just get black like everyone else. I don’t need perfect looking luggage. I need something sturdy to get my stuff from point a to point b. This is perfect for that!

The color of this suitcase is beautiful. My husband and I shared this for an Alaskan cruise, and with two sets of packing cubes to keep things organized inside, it was perfect! The cubes were paramount in making it work. I'm shocked we were both able to fit everything we needed into this for a 10 day trip. The spinner wheels really made a difference, we were able to maneuver this very well - noticeably better than suitcases without the same capability. The blue color was easy to spot while coming out in baggage claim when every other bag seems to be black. It did receive a few scratches after being checked a few times, but it in no way effects the performance. VERY pleased with this purchase. If we go on a trip where we need an additional suitcase that we aren't sharing, you bet we'll get another one of these.
