XL barely fits I'm 6'0 195, always wear XL size. 100% cotton I can't imagine how small it shrinks to after the dryer. I should of know how cheap it was on sale for a reason.

Perhaps the secret is the thinness of the fabric which stretches a bit in all directions. I find this very useful as I stretch a bit outward when I sit. This shirt absorbs that. The odd collar and sleeve linings are my reason for trying this brand. The contrasting lining colors that peak out occasionally shout modern to me. This is way too early to speak about durability.
