I followed the sizing chart for my preteen and boyfriend. The medium looks like a large and large looks like and XL. My preteen is usually “fitted” in a men’s medium. But it definitely looked way to big on him. I would size down if you are slim.

I bought this for my son who is 26 stands 6 feet and weighs 207 he’s is slim no gut just a average young man. The only thing I had to do was taking the hem out because the shorts were a little too short above the needs and my son likes his shorts touching his knees or below the knees. Taking the hem out fit like he wanted them and it didn’t mess up the outfit. I recommend this product.
