This 2 piece outfit has a cool weave that creates a vertically ridged/corrugated texture. Grab the folded garment in your hand and squeeze, and it has a fun springiness to it. The cut is very good (for me, anyway). The Medium size fit my 5’ 10” 175 lbs 33” waist perfectly. Not baggy, not tight. The fabric is 100% synthetic, and thus dries quickly. The 2% spandex, combined with the aforementioned weave, give the fabric impressive stretch. HOWEVER, the fabric is SCRATCHY. Not severely, not like coarse sandpaper; perhaps like a wool sweater. Some people aren’t bothered by a wool sweater; if so, you’ll probably do fine with this. Others of us need a layer between the sweater and our skin. Unfortunately, the intended application for this (summertime, the beach) doesn’t suit well to under layers. I did wash the clothes twice, as this can sometimes soften scratchy fabric; but scratchy it remains. Thus far I’ve not worn it more than a couple minutes so as to avoid skin irritation. I can’t imagine wearing it for hours after getting a mild sunburn at the beach😬 Bottom line: There is a lot I like about this 2 piece, but I can’t wear it. How do you do with scratchy sweaters? You might love this, you might hate it. ... show more
