I have been interested in these for awhile- I love the variety of versions of Converse shoes available now with more of a supportive sole. (Love the classic high top but my old feet do not!) This shoe feels supportive in the footbed, and very solid. Love the chunky clunky look. I did order a half size larger than usual, and they feel good- more than enough room in the toe box. Verryyy comfortable. I wouldn't say I have wide feet, probably medium. But they were tight until I changed the lacing. I don't know about how easy they are to clean, I like the dirty look tbh. They're nice for long walks, and pretty decent on snow and ice. The only problem with snow is that your shoes and feet will definitely get soaked. I did wear these to my vegas trip and my feet weren't too sweaty or uncomfortable! I get lots of compliments too, I should give them a good cleaning soon lol ... show more

I ordered these for added height and cushion after contracting plantar fasciitis last year. They are really cute on, very true to size. It's been nearly 50 years since I wore out my green Chuck Taylors in high school, and these took me back to the good old days of a long forgotten youth. Went on a long walk with my dogs and noticed a bit of heel pain creeping in, which means the arch support could be better. Will probably have to add an arch supporting insole. My granddaughter is jealous, she wants them. They are rather difficult to slide on and off without completely unthreading the laces down to the flat part. So, I've been wearing them half-laced for speed of entry and exit. Love the added height, and the adorable style, just wish they had a tad more arch support. ... show more

I purchased these for my daughter for the first day of school. Love the design with the platform heel. These converse compliment lots of outfits, they especially pair well with jeans. They run true to size. Good value for the money. They are comfortable to walk in for the duration of the day.
