I have worn this with leggings, long dresses, shirt dresses, they go with almost anything, if your looking for arch support here forget it, this is all style. Canvas is good quality. One thing I would say is it's heavy on the foot, maybe they should revisit the design but make it lighter, also size runs big, I got a 9.5 as im in between sizes now, I though sizing up was a good idea-I was wrong. ... show more

I picked up the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Core Ox in black, size 9, because one never goes wrong with any sneaker that remains in fashion. The shoes indeed fitted true to size right out of the box and were fairly lightweight, although this flat sole is not by any means the most comfortable shoe for all-day wear. Quite literally, they go with everything from jeans to shorts, and the durability is on point with Converse. The cons are simply that they are not ideal for any activity that requires arch support or a lot of time on your feet. The shoes run 1/2 size bigger. I usually wear a 9, but I had to send them back and order an 8 1/2. Once I got the right size, they are fantastic! Sharp-looking sneakers

Super cute, especially the leather material! However, not the most comfortable sneakers (I also find chucks not comfortable to begin with), I buy them for the look and versatility. With that said, these are better comfort-wise than other chucks I’ve owned because of the padded footbed. They are heavy (platform), run long and narrow, and rub against the side of my toes. I still love the look of them and use friction balm before wear. Not the type of shoes to wear for long periods of time and for walking distances.
