These are the third pair I've had, my everyday shoe. They are super comfortable and supportive. The tread makes them good for all weather. I use one of my old ratty pairs as my hiking shoes even, if that's any indication of their durability and comfort. The platform is a good height, not too tall but still provides lift. Since they're my most commonly worn shoe I go through them quicker than your average person, my bony ankles have ruined almost every pair of shoes I've ever bought too. Oh my! I love these shoes. They are even better than i anticipated. I usually wear a 7 1/2-8. I ordered an 8 and it’s a perfect fit. Any smaller and I would have needed a bigger size. Ugh. These shoes have literally saved my life. After having a baby none of my shoes seem to be comfortable anymore. It's not that they're too small, but the soles feel like solid cement leaving my feet screaming at the end of the day. My family decided to take a trip north where we planned on doing some hiking through Glacier so I decided to get me a pair of these and I have literally worn them every day since and they are still as comfortable now as they were the first time I put them on.
