Just like I remember when i was a kid! perfect in every way, they even have the "Player's name" spot on the inside of the right tongue. (Just like in the 70s and 80s). These are real not imitations or copies.

    • Extremely narrow toe box, unforgiving with no stretch
The Chuck 70s are definitely better constructed than the normal All Stars, but because of that they're an incredibly unforgiving shoe to wear. I've been wearing All Stars my entire life, I have a pretty narrow foot and never had issues with them being too narrow. However, the Chuck 70s are extremely narrow in the toe box and because of the more durable rubber and canvas, they don't stretch at all, making them incredibly uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. I've had mine for months and ultimately I'm just going to toss them and get a pair of normal Chucks because they cause me so much pain on the outside of my toes, and they're definitely not too small overall, it's just this specific area that sucks. Also, for some reason there is a giant lumpy seam right at the back of the heel that gave me blisters on my Achilles tendon for like 3 months straight unless I wore high socks with these. I'm super disappointed that the fit of these shoes was so terrible, because quality-wise they seemed like they would hold up for a super long time. ... show more

    • The sides said they were in Women’s but they were in men’s sizes. So my shoes came 2 sizes too big.
The sizing needs to be better specified. I was literally in “Women’s shoes” and my shoes came in the men’s sizing
