We are in the 4th week of school and the bookbag is falling apart already. I buy school stuff early so I cannot return. It has 2 holes and the side strap fell off. My daughter loves the shoes but I do not recommend the bookbag

The amount of pockets are perfect without being bulky and the padded laptop section is perfect to protect her computer(and she’s been heavy handed a couple times laying in down on floor,car etc so it’s been tested lol). Bought for my 11 year old granddaughter for returning to school. She is a Converse freak. She loves all things Converse. It has held up for the entire year. I specifically waited to write this review to see if it would hold up and it has. I’m sure I will repurchase again for the next approaching school year.
