Amazon was worthless helping me with this situation. I bought 2 pairs of Converse shoes for my kids for their birthday (twins!) after receiving the shoes and wearing them for around 2 weeks the soles of the shoes began separating on both pairs. What a waist over $100 spent on shoes. By the time the kids showed me the defect it was past 30 days. The seller wanted me to pay for return I contacted Amazon customer service. After escalating to Amazon the seller refused to accept return. After waiting for Amazon A to Z I was denied the claim. Disappointed on both seller and Amazon. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of shoes that are falling apart. Don’t buy from this seller! I usually love buying from Amazon because I know if there is ever an issue Amazon protects the buyer. The shoes themselves are perfectly fine, I unfortunately was miss led by the photos, they are not high tops, I ordered these for an event, and thankfully low tops will work it is just frustrating that it was not what I was expecting.
