Love the idea of this lighted changing table and it is great when it actually works. It only works for 2-3 days then the batteries die. I’ve tried several different brands of batteries and have the same issue. Not worth it for the price just to be a regular changing pad.

So far we love this changing pad. It’s soft and sturdy, and the size of it is very large for my baby to lay on it and leaves more room for when he grows and gets bigger. The only thing I have a problem with is the first night we are it batteries in it, the light kept coming on and off. So it freaked us out, but I read another review saying it doesn’t lay flat, which causes the sensors to turn the light on over and over. And it does just that… The light is nice and bright, and points in the right direction for changing your baby’s butt at night. The price is a little high, but it’s hard to find a material changing pad that isn’t cloth or fabric that has to be washed every time something gets on it. This pad is easy to clean and gentle for laying my baby on. ... show more

This feels and looks cheap. The light isn’t motion sensed like it says. I had to buy a grip pad to lay under this otherwise it slid around the table. I highly recommend the Keekaroo peanut changer for a little bit for money.

This product I love the material and comfort. It’s easy to clean. However our changing table is not a flat surface which affects the motion sensor. This caused the lights to not turn on when needed as well as turn on when not in use. I had to elevate it so the motion sensor wasn’t blocked in order for it to work properly. Also the shadowing from the light make it hard to see. But it’s just enough light to get the job done in the middle of the night. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Build Quality: Overall the changing pad is pretty well built. The pad material is flexible, soft, water resistant, easy to clean. It has no cracks or manufacturing defects. The electronics are housed in a high quality hard ABS plastic. The on/off switch is high quality. The lighting has a thick lens and looks durable. The strap "holders" are well attached to the pad. Only complaint.. There are 3 hard plastic pieces that sit lower than the pad on the bottom: The battery case and the two strap holders (see last two pictures). This isn't desirable for two reasons. The strap holder has some relatively narrow contact points that can create indentions if you press down on them on a wood table/dresser. Secondly this reduces the friction of the pad allowing it to move or slide easier (make sure you secure the table w/ included screw) Cleanable: The pad is easily cleaned and does resist staining / liquid absorption. Temperature/Comfort The pad is soft and not cold to the touch. Lighting The lighting is great and targets the area for cleaning. Motion / Darkness sensor The light will come on automatically if the room is dark enough (indicated by the red LED--Picture 8) and there is motion detected on the table. Otherwise the light can be turned on manually using the power button. Note: There is also a dimmer button to adjust brightness. Note: LED on at night As mentioned there is a red LED that will be on at night. It doesn't light up a room created excess light at night like a blue LED can which is good, if you prefer complete darkness, it can be covered with tape to black it out. Securing the table / Baby Part of the changing table is an integrated strap that helps hold your baby in place while changing. The end of one strap goes under the table and can (and should) be screwed into a table to prevent the table from falling off. A screw is included and either end of the strap may be secured (e.g. you can place it with lights on the left or right of the table. Final thoughts: This is a nice, easy to clean, comfortable changing pad that I recommend. ... show more
