Be aware that, as other reviewers have said, it is very hard to get the lids on. The ring that is supposed to snap onto the bucket feels impossible to be able to do it this. I just soaked them in boiling water to soften them, and they snapped right on after that. Now that I have them, I love these. They are predator proof, etc. ... show more

I liked the substantial construction and thick, robust material. But getting the “gamma” rings on the bucket is really, REALLY hard. It requires a very physically strong individual and a rubber mallet. As it was, I felt sprung for a day after the struggle. The results are nice: bugs aren’t getting in.
