I’m very small, 4’9 and about 85lbs. I had no problem adjusting the chain. The chains were strong ! My only issues is there about 1broken chain and broken clasp on it when it arrived. Thankfully they have replacements already in the box.

Even on the smallest ring size, this item was still too large and hung awkwardly. The chest (I'm a 34c) dangled low in the back and the hips (37 in hips) hung low in the front creating a strange appearance. I think the bottom chains were too heavy that caused it to pull downward
