- 6 AWG BECAUSE THE NEW MOTORS PULL IT: A Minn Kota QUEST draws up to 60 amps, and Garmin calls for a bank capable of supplying 60 amps continuously for the Force Kraken. Garmin also lists 6 AWG as the minimum gauge for a Force power cable extension at any length from 0 to 30 feet.
- WIRES THREE 12V BATTERIES INTO 36V: The pre-built 36V bridge connector handles the series connection, which is the step most anglers get backwards. Snap it together and the 36V battery bank comes out right the first time.
- 60 AMP RESETTABLE BREAKER AND NEGATIVE BLOCK: Both come in the box, pre-wired. Reset it by hand if it ever trips. The system is built to distribute and manage up to 150 amps.
- SIZED FOR LITHIUM, NOT JUST RATED FOR IT: Lithium holds voltage flat and keeps pushing current long after lead-acid has sagged, so your wiring carries heavy load for more of the day. A 100Ah lithium battery delivers roughly the usable capacity of a 200Ah lead-acid battery, and the heavier 6 AWG conductor and sealed, corrosion-resistant connections are what keep that current clean.
- WHAT'S INCLUDED: 6 AWG quick-connect battery connectors, a 36V bridge with trolling motor leads, integrated onboard charging leads, a 60 amp resettable circuit breaker, a negative connection block, and heat-shrink butt splices. Batteries not included.
