See what I did with the headline? Heh. This is such a cute costume. The XL size is perfect for an average 4th grader. If the child is too tall it may start to get a little tight on the crotch or short around the ankles. The material is not terrible, but it's not comfortable that a kid would keep it on for too long. Or maybe they would. After my kid wore it for an hour of running around, and the shirt was a little uncomfortable. The hat and gloves are cute, but not really something that stay on an active kid. Perhaps if motivated by Halloween or a themed party, the kid may keep it on. Also, instead of using the mustache, I used a cheap liquid eyeliner to draw the mustache shape. LOL. ... show more

I got this for my 4 year old who is obsessed with Mario currently. It fit just right and he looks so cute in it.

I got the XS for my 3 year old who is right around 36 inches tall who is an average size of his age (not fat, not skinny). The shirt was a bit tight but the pants fit okay. Gloves were too big. Hat stretches so they fit fine. Only problem is, the shirt material is so cheap that he wore it for a minute then wanted it off immediately. It's just a cheap poly shirt that feels a bit harsh on your skin. Luckily, we had a green long sleeve cotton shirt so we switched it out and the kid has been all smiles since. If your kid is sensitive/picky about the shirt material, I wouldn't recommend this unless you have a replacement shirt ready. But if they are not, this is a nice set that's really cute. ... show more

This is a very fun costume and my kids and I love it. It’s not great quality but a good quality. It seems to fit true to size and the mustache doesn’t hold on well at all but overall my kids are over the moon about it so I’m happy with it.

Fit my son great.. Comes with hat and gloves and the 2 piece outfit.. The mustache is not very sticky,but it's ok his sister uses her eye liner to draw him a mustache... would buy again if needed-mario plush NOT INCLUDED

This costume is definitely true to size including the height. The red shirt is separate from the overalls. All the stitching is well done and the hat fits well- not too tight or too loose. Gloves fit well too!
