20210913: I've been using these cases for a while now. I bought 3 to store light stands and tripods in. For this, they work great. They would also work well for BB guns and such, but not a full-size AR-15. Maybe a 410 shotgun. If you plan to use these for a rifle, be sure to check the dimensions. The case includes foam lining. The foam is durable, and has held up nicely. The foam is thick enough to keep contents in place without cutting, but can be cut without too much trouble -- which is what I did to make space for my Godox AD200 and triggers. The case has 4 latches on simple hinges. Nothing special, just flip up to open, press down to close. The latches will (mostly) stay open if you flip them all the way back. Also, the cases stack on each other, which makes them easier to store. This is NOT a high-end Condition 1 case. BUT, it works for what I use it for. It is fine and well-suited for light use. All in all, I like these cases, and am pleased with the durability and convenience. ... show more
