These are beautiful little vases. They are made of pretty amber stained glass. The glass itself is thick and sturdy. The elongated shape works with longer stemmed flowers as well as with short ones. I originally ordered them as dinner table decoration for a wedding. We will be using them on using them as place-card holders by attaching a little card with the guest's name to the neck of each vase. However, I am already using a few of the vases individually to display small flowers around the house which is decorative and cute.

These very nice small bud vases look great and come very securely packed, inserted top and bottom into fitted foam blocks. Someone will have to be really rough with your package to damage these! I ordered the amber to complement some yellow-and-orange daisies, and as you can see from the photo they look just great. You get six which is perfect for a half dozen table settings. My only concern was that the instructions state not to immerse these in water for long, so I do not recommend these for live plants that will require filling the vases with water. However, for the artificial flowers I bought these for I expect no issue whatsoever. If I need another color, I would not hesitate to order these again and I recommend them.
