This item is exactly what we needed for a 20.5” tall pc tower with top exhaust. It arrived in a box which had multiple holes and impact damage points that almost made me return it without even opening because I was sure there would be extensive damage. But the packing more than made up for the mishandling during delivery. Plenty of styrofoam around the sides and ends, corner protectors, and even foam sheets between boards. Everything was pristine, well labeled, and went together smoothly. And for the most part, it does seem fairly sturdy. Except for the wheels. More on that in a moment. Pros: It is highly customizable to individual needs. With the center shelf in the top position, there is plenty of airflow between the top of the tower and the middle shelf to prevent overheating from a blocked exhaust. If you don’t have small children or high energy pets, both side boards can be installed on one side to leave the main side panel of the pc fully accessible for modding and maintenance without having to remove the entire tower from the cart. And the top shelf accommodates the UPS that we have the tower plugged into, but could easily hold a heftier printer. For our needs, with both the tower and UPS loaded, it is less than half of the stated max load capacity. And if I only needed a static shelf, that is never moved, this would pretty much end there and this would be a glowing 5-star review. Cons: The wheels. We occasionally need to move this particular pc about 20 feet across a tiled floor to hook into a different setup. And on the very first move, the wheels buckled. But not just the tiny wheels themselves, the attachment points inside the legs where the wheels screw in completely broke off on one leg, and a second buckled with it, within the first 15 feet of movement under load, which almost resulted in the entire rig, along with the UPS, toppling over. It didn’t. But it did give me palpitations for a minute there. Until I figure out if there is a way to install better wheels, the entire setup is temporarily on a furniture mover from Harbour Freight. TL;DR: If you don’t need to move it after you get it set up, this is a great, and highly customizable option, especially for those with large towers. If you need the wheels to work… this is, unfortunately, a hard pass. **** Update: I was able to find 7/8 inch threaded metal tubing inserts to replace the horrible plastic ones. I just screwed the wheels back in, and used them as leverage to yank out the original plastic inserts by hand. The metal inserts are difficult to get started. So to get them installed, I flipped the cart upside down, lined up 2 inserts on one side, and used clamps positioned next to each leg to pull a board down across both feet with even pressure. Once they were started, I just gave the board a few whacks with a hammer and they went right in. https://a.co/d/dZPbl4P I also upgraded the wheels to these (since the inserts have a different size thread anyway), which are incredibly smooth. Note that they increased the total height to 36 inches even. https://a.co/d/aTjvtkJ It now works perfectly for my needs, and matches other tables that we have. So I am extremely happy with the end result. But it cost me an extra $40 to make it useable at all. For a cart that claims to hold 165 lbs, it should have come with metal inserts to begin with, rather than the pathetic plastic ones that crumbled under only half the stated weight. The wheels would have probably held up fine if they’d had proper stem support. The plastic inserts were just a poor design choice. *** Update 2: At the time of my purchase, all product descriptions boasted a max weight of 165 lbs. Since I posted my review, the product description has been updated to state that the max weight is 110 lbs, but can only move 66 lbs safely. I weighed everything that was on the cart at the point of failure, and it was 67.6 lbs total. This leads me believe it can actually hold no more than 40 lbs safely while moving with the weak plastic inserts which are included with the product. (It is working like an absolute champ with the upgrades I described above, though.) I will also note that I purchased the smaller version of this cart for a smaller system, and the wheels on that unit do screw into fully metal inserts (that might even be welded in? I can’t quite tell), and I did not have any issues with that one buckling under weight. Why they downgraded to plastic for the larger version is beyond me.

Dimensions were way off and the wheels did not fit. Luckily it still barely met my needs in its half-assembled state, but overall this was misleading.
