Our air conditioner went out in car, it’s 9 years old, but air is used everyday. I live in a HOT area in California, (Manteca) so air is required. We got a $2000.00 quote to fix it, so instead, my husband replaced unit and then went to shop for final adjustments. In the end it was $600.00 rather than 2K.
