I've been using this machine for a few months now. This is one of the best kitchen decisions I have ever made. I do not like residential dishwashers because I don't think they ever get the dishes clean enough and they take hours per load. I was doing 1.5 hours of dishes by hand a day (I cook and bake a lot) and needed something to cut that down. I knew a commercial dishwasher would be the solution because I needed to churn out dishes fast. So I bought this machine and the worst part has been trying to figure out what to do with the massive amount of extra time in my day. It's quiet enough for me and super easy to use. You just push a button. It's so fast and my dishes are so clean. no streaks or film. I use it on pretty much everything even cast iron (this is a personal decision and not recommended by the manufacturer. I can also clean and sterilize batches of glass for preserving. I would by again and I have recommended to friends. The only thing that would suggest, but wouldn't be a deal breaker, is if one of the trays was flat and not pegged. I bought an additional tray. I also bought a riser to raise it so I can store trays under it and not have to bend over. It's been a back saver. ... show more

We've had this dishwasher for a little while now and so far it's been doing what we need it to do. Our kitchen isn't very big, so the undercounter design was one of the reasons we went with this one. It took a little planning to get everything installed, but after that it was pretty straightforward to use. We've been running it throughout the day for plates, glasses, and utensils, and everything has been coming out clean. The different cycle options are also nice depending on how busy we are. We bought this for our small cafe. So far it works great. It takes a while to get up to temperature but then washes our plates, mugs, silverware so quickly! I wish I had one of these in my house.
