I am very happy with these boots. They were comfortable right out of the box. I don’t know if they are truly waterproof. I have other boots for that. These are nice looking, and I try to keep them that way. I ordered a half size larger than my normal size, and they fit well with wool socks. But, my feet tend to swell in the afternoons so they are a little snug with the thick socks later in the day. I know, you would say, “just wear thinner socks”. I bought these from the warehouse as a straight size 7 but there was so much room in the forefoot I double checked the box and it said wide. The shoe itself does not say wide on the tag. So, not quite sure on the size but the fit is very good. The heel is perfect and the forefoot is roomy without being sloppy, the length is just right in my usual size. My toes have room to spread. I have wide feet and so I normally have to order a half size up and they were a little too big but I'll just wear thick socks. But if you have a wide foot then order your normal size, you won't regret it.

I like that they’re a little thick on the bottom that keeps me away from the snow and much. If your feet are a little bit wide I definitely would order the wider size. My feet are average and they fit in there but snug. Maybe even size up a half a size

I bought these for a hiking trip in Olympic National Forest in February. These held up wonderfully. They exceeded all expectations! I walked over very rocky, steep terrain, through shallow running water and mud. My feet stayed absolutely dry.

Very comfortable. Unfortunately, i sized up a half size as I often do in boots and athletic shoes. Not necessary in these boots. They are true to size.

    • Good shoe, but needs more padding!
Size: 8 Wide Color: Shark, River Blue
These seem to be very well made and they look really good, but the insole is very thin and compresses easily. I will keep them and add a different insole. I just wish that they had more padding. The wide is a true wide though and that is hard to find.
