I bought this to ride in, I wanted something wind resistant with a full zip. I have another Columbia fleece vest but that isn't great to ride in. This one has fleece inserts from the underarm to the hem, & fleece on the inside of the collar. I zip it all the way up, then fold the collar down like a turtle neck. It's a lightweight vest & sufficiently blocks wind. I'm thinking I may get a size smaller to be more fitted, then sew reflective tape on it for a Perfect riding vest.
