The color is much nicer in person and the Tamiami II models are the most comfortable according to my husband to be and father in law, they say the fabric is the softest and most breathable. I personally don’t love the design or style of these shirts but find that this particular model isn’t as “baggy” or exaggerated as other models with too many pockets or pockets too big. I know they’re intended as fishing gear but have been popularized for regular day use and they run true to size in Columbia PFG models. Size Small for my father in law, he’s 5’7-5’8ish and 160 pounds, slim all overall but has a bit of beer belly, fits great. ... show more

This is my absolute favorite shirt. It is always the first shirt I grab when I am packing to go to the boat for the weekend. It is very light, soft and comfortable. It breaths very well with all the vents so it is perfect in tropical environments. Add a t-shirt underneath and/or a sweatshirt/sweater and this shirt can span a broad temperature range when it cools off at night. I like these II's better than the first generation because of less bulky front pockets that still have lots of room for every size of stuff. I have at least six of these and will grab a few more colors as they come back in stock in my size or add new ones. These wash very nicely and come out unwrinkled. Definitely wash and wear, which makes it such a good travel shirt. This shirt can be worn untucked for a casual look or tucked in to dress it up. Very versatile. If you are a fisherman, you will probably like the PFG logo on the center of the back too. I have lots of other style Columbia fishing shirts but the Tamiamis are the best! ... show more

Very nice feeling shirt and seems to be very well constructed. I wear an XL shirt due to having a little more mass around the middle, and it fits well in my opinion. I purchased the Bright Peach color and I think it is a bit sheer, so you may want a darker color if you don't want people seeing your nipples. Would purchase again. ... show more
